The PCR-based rapid test system Rhonda® enables hospitals and other healthcare facilities to reliably check for infections directly at the point of care. Rhonda® can analyze two patient samples at the same time in separate test cartridges for the same pathogens in well under one hour. Thus, well-informed isolation decisions can be made quickly at the point of sample taking.
The Rhonda® product portfolio currently includes the detection of
- SARS-CoV-2
- Respi: SARS-CoV-2 (DT), Influenza A, Influenza B and RSV
- Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA)
as well as other viral and bacterial pathogens in the future.
