Information for oral presentations
- Please prepare your presentation in 16:9 aspect ratio.
- PDF, PowerPoint and Open Office presentations will be accepted.
- The use of different versions when submitting presentations may lead to changes due to conversion problems. Please note that you must provide the appropriate CODEC for playing video sequences.
- Appropriate technical equipment will be provided on site.
- Please bring your presentation to the congress on a mobile storage medium, ideally on a USB stick.
- There will be a central media check-in where you can upload your file to the system and test the presentation. The presentation will then be available on the computer in the lecture hall. Please upload your presentation at least 2 hours before your presentation at the media check-in.
- To avoid technical problems, it is not possible to use your own laptop for your presentation. You must upload your presentation at the media check-in.
Information for poster presentations
- This year all posters will remain on display throughout the conference.
- There will be 2 poster sessions where poster authors should be at their poster for questions/discussions:
- Poster session 1: Monday (incl. Welcome reception)
- Poster session 2: Tuesday
- All posters will be displayed on poster walls.
- Print your poster in DIN format A0 (84.1cm width x 118.9cm height), portrait format, unlaminated. Printing at the conference venue is not possible.
- Mounting material will be provided on site
- To let you know where to hang your poster and when you should be available at the poster, your poster ID, abstract topic, room name and the respective date have been sent to you by email.
- Poster hanging: Monday, from 8:00
- Poster removal: Wednesday, from 8:15 to 13:00.
